Professor Richard Bayford is a leading expert and has pioneered the first algorithm to image impedance changes in the human head and has led major projects like the €5.5M H2020 CRALD and £1.8M EPSRC PNEUMCRIT. A Fellow of multiple prestigious institutes, he brings decades of innovation in brain and lung imaging, nanoparticle-based therapy, and lab-on-a-chip technologies.

Dr. Sandra Appiah is a biochemistry and pharmacognosy expert with 17+ years in academia and research leadership. Her work focuses on phytochemical-based therapies, biomarker studies, and biosensor development for chronic diseases. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, she has co-directed major research centres, mentored PhD candidates, and was named an 'Inspiring Woman of the Year' in 2024 for her impactful academic leadership.

Dr. Lucy Ghali is a molecular biologist specializing in cancer research, tissue repair, and nanotechnology-based therapies. Known for her work on 3D in vitro tumor models and angiogenesis, she has held key academic roles at Middlesex University since 2004. She has published widely and earned multiple accolades, including an Overseas Training Fellowship and a Poster Prize at the International Papillomavirus Conference.

Dr. Cynthia A. Adinortey is a molecular biologist specializing in probiotics, antibiotic resistance, and food biosafety. A Senior Lecturer at the University of Cape Coast, she is an AMR Insights Ambassador and 2022 Affiliate of the African Academy of Sciences. She actively contributes to global scientific communities and advocates for STEM and women's advancement in science.

Dr. Md Faruk Hossain is a nanotechnology and biosensor expert specializing in MEMS devices and optical biosensing. An Assistant Professor at Navajo Technical University, he has developed advanced graphene-based sensors and holds a patent in biosensor fabrication. With 40+ publications, his research spans wearable sensors, electrochemical devices, and nanomaterial innovation.

​Dr. Muhammad Ikram is a biomedical engineering expert specializing in 3D cell culture, drug resistance, and tissue engineering. An Assistant Professor at COMSATS University, he has developed biocompatible materials for cancer therapy and holds several patents. His research bridges immunology, hematology, and biotechnology, with notable work on overcoming chemoresistance in 3D lymphoma models.

Dr. Madhu Gupta brings over 17 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally in 2023–24 (Stanford-Elsevier list), her expertise includes vesicular and particulate drug delivery, regenerative medicine, green nanotechnology, and 3D/4D printing.
